Winter Special Discount Plans Now Available

Winter 2026 Special Discount Plans Are Now Available! ⛄

We’ve prepared two special discount plans for you!!

👉 Special Plan for Solo Travelers

Winter Limited-Time Offer | Solo Travelers Welcome – Same Rate as Twin Occupancy

This special winter plan is designed for those who wish to enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of Mt. Minobu at a relaxed pace.

Normally, staying in a room by yourself may result in a higher per-person rate. However, with this winter-limited plan, solo travelers can stay at the same per-person rate as guests sharing a twin room.

This plan is perfect for solo travelers, retreats, writing or reading in a quiet environment, working remotely, practicing shakyo (sutra copying), or participating in the morning Buddhist service.

Enjoy the crisp winter air of Mt. Minobu and the peaceful, unhurried atmosphere of a temple lodging without having to worry about traveling alone.

👉 Discounted Plan for Extended Stays Without Meals

Winter Limited-Time Offer | Discount for Stays of 2 Nights or More

Why not enjoy a peaceful extended stay in the quiet winter atmosphere of Mt. Minobu?

During the winter season, guests who book our room-only plan for two nights or more will receive a ¥1,000 discount per person, per night from the second night onward.

This plan is ideal for those who would like to explore Mt. Minobu, visit Kuon-ji Temple, and enjoy the surrounding area at their own pace without being tied to mealtimes.

You can make a reservation through our website.

Winter in Mt. Minobu has a special sense of stillness that is different from summer or autumn.

Take a peaceful walk to Kuon-ji Temple in the crisp winter air, practice shakyo, or simply slow down and enjoy doing nothing at all.

Why not step away from the busyness of everyday life and take some time to reconnect with yourself?

This winter, we invite you to spend a peaceful and meaningful stay at Kakurinbo.
